Image files

FeverIMG standard image tools (convert, compress, resize) are implemented to process files in your browser. The MVP has no feature that uploads source images to an application server or object storage.

Work files and result blobs are not recovered after a refresh or closed tab.

Broader browser and physical-device verification is still incomplete, so marketing claims such as “fully private / never leaves your device” are not enabled yet. Safari desktop and physical mobile browsers are unverified and are not described as supported guarantees. This page describes the current implementation and network checks done on Chromium and Edge desktop.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 loads only when a Measurement ID is set at build time. With no ID, analytics scripts and the consent banner do not appear.

When an ID is present, Consent Mode defaults to denied. Until you allow analytics in the banner, analytics_storage stays denied. Your choice is stored only in this browser’s localStorage.

If you allow analytics, events send only defined fields such as tool_id, input/output formats, coarse size/time buckets, and failure codes. Filenames, local paths, EXIF, image contents, and original files are not sent. Ad storage is unused and kept denied.
